nothing. infact just put her back in with the other shrimp. the baby shrimp are too small for you to effect in any way. they will be better off fending for themselves in the main tank. just cut up an old pair of tights (ladys stockings) and cover the intake vents on your filter or they may get sucked in. unless of course your using a basic sponge filter driven by an air pump. these are really effective in shrimp set ups. the babys love to feed on them.

Yeah just leave it in the tank. as long as you have plants for them to hide in you dont need to do anything they breed like mad.

I keep red cherry shrimps as well, i don't do anything in particular when they are berried.

Feed with a very small  amount of algae wafers very occasionally

I just make sure there is plenty of hiding places such as plant and feed as normal, and I also have moss balls in the tank, these are good for tiny shrimp to hide in and to feed on as moss ball is basically a ball of algae.

Ok then we'll now I need advice on the filter.i have an elite stingray 10 just look it up on google cos I can't post a picture of it cos it says the pics too big.

ok well my shrimp let all the eggs out yesterday ands i got very annoyed! better luck till next time though!

thanks all.

Shrimps will drop egg generally when they been spooked or don't feel secure.

Has happened to me twice, 1st time, I shut tank stand cabinet door too hard (have fitted soft close hinges since) and when filter had a maintenance clean, the spray bar spouted out a load of gunk and think that spooked shrimps for 2nd time, have learned my lessons

Some people like to have pictures of their tank set up for other people to see, I like my tanks and want others to see how my tank is set up. You do not have to do this, just an option you can have if you want to.

Name is not 'fish herder' by the way thats just a title given by the forum for the number of posts has made, my name is Ch4rlie.
Your name is carflo647 and your title just now is 'new member' when you have made a few more posts, your title will change automatically.

Even if your cherry shrimps are not pregnant, just keep doing what you normally do, keep tank clean, regular water changes and maintenance etc and shrimps will get pregnant again sooner or later, no need to do anything special at all.

Ok thanks Ch4lie thanks for helping me out, sorry for bothering you but I'm new here to this site and I didn't know how things work around here

Not to worry at all, glad to help, and I was new on this forum as well once and i asked all sorts of questions as well.
