I am going on holiday in a couple of weeks I will be away for two weeks.

I normally do weekly water changes of 25-30%.

As I won't be able to do a water change for 15 days should I do a large water change of around 75%?

Or just do my my normal weekly change ?

due to a health condition my tank often goes two weeks cos I'm not well enough to manage it. It means when I finally get around to it I aim to change a little more but it normally works out fine :)

Thank you. I am also leaving strict feeding instructions and weighing hit the food before I go.

I would feed less than you normally would.a few days over the two weeks should be OK.I would personally aim for around six days.

A good tip I read on here a few weeks back regarding leaving food behind when your away is to get one of those weekly pill boxes and add the food amount for each day. That way your 'helper' can just flip the lid for the relevent day and tip the food in. In your case you'd need two but I believe you can get them from the £1 shops - often in a pack of multiples!

Yep got some was going to give I instructions to feed every other day and I will put in slightly less than my daily feed

When I go on holiday I always panic about the tanks and the animals, I have things sorted in my mind about a month in advance and write everything down to the last detail!!  everything else like the packing, printing off boarding passes, passports money exchanges can be done the day before :)
