Possible internal parasites in betta, need help

Hello, I have a betta in a 10 gallon tank. His poop is white and he refuses to eat. I have heard this can be due to internal parasites. If that is the case, what should I do? Thank you

Nitrites: 0.50 I am trying to fix this any way that I can, using partial water changes and nite-out II.
Nitrates: 10
Ph:7.4
tank temperature is 77.9 F

It turns out my fish has camallanus. I'm going to follow the levimasole treatment and sanitize all my aquarium equipment.
