OK, I was pretty sure that Honey, my red-spotted gold was a female, but I'm just not so sure now. COmpared to my new green, Honey's dorsal is considerably more pointed. She's about 4" long BTW.
The green, about 3.5" long, I'm pretty sure is a female. What do you guys think ?

Are they maybe still a bit young to sex reliably ?

Oh, and if anyone has some good suggestions for a name for the green I'd appreciate hearing them. At the moment I've called her Camilla, but it just doesn't seem to fit for some reason.

Looks like 2 females to me, Red Spots are hard to sex because of the face markings.

Both are quite young also, so plenty of time for stuff to change :)

Yeah the green is a female for sure IMO. She has no spots on the cheeks or body males will offten have dots or markings on the cheeks at 3". The red spot might be a male. I read most red severums are males but it could be just that due to the marking and being line bred they can be harder to sex at a young age. Your red severum Has more dots on the cheeks then my 2" red severum. Mine has the full on worm markings. So yours could be female but it's hard to say.

THanks guys.

Ah well, if "Honey" ends up being a male after all, then so be it. Been calling her/him that for too long to change it.
I'm glad you all agree that the green is a female as I was pretty sure about her. Just need a name now.
