Please help ID My plant!

I've had this plant for a long time and I've forgotten what it is! It's the only one that I haven't kept a label for. It's never done well but is starting to look better!
Just want to check what it is so I can look up how to look after it. Thanks

It will be an Echinodorus ( Amazon sword plant ). Which one is a guess. I will say Rubin. But it could easily be another one as well.

Looks like I've been burying it too deep in the sand then, hopefully it will start doing well now!

Lifting it will help, don't move it around, they like to be left alone
