Plants From Ebay

Ive noticed that. Ive spend hours already and no further forward lol.
Im into the unusual such as shrimp, clams, snails and strange looking fish like loachs, eels. Would love a marine tank one day as I love goby's

I bought some Anubias nana from an eBay seller in Thailand, essentially straight from the farm - it was the best value and is very vigorous, arrived in wet newspaper in plastic baggies. Then again it's hard to kill, so YMMV

I've bought a fair bit from eBay as the variety is good, there's a few sellers in Malaysia (and around there) that stock bucket loads of different plants and they're usually pretty good value despite shipping them from there, not had any major problems yet, check the listings to see if they offer refund/replacement. Look up aquaticmagic, they sent me some windelov fern that was basically rubbish and replaced it straight away when I sent a picture.

I believe the australian desert goby is freshwater, but probably hard to find. As for ebay i just got some great plants from Planted_Aquariums_Central.

Are they, I would love some of them

I bought mine from aquaticmagic and wasn't too impressed. Many plants arrived with brown or dying leaves... or they just didn't show up at all! I emailed them about not receiving my shipment so they sent another and I ended up getting twice the plants as the first package was just incredibly late. I picked them because I heard good things about them... but maybe that's just from UK buyers? I got mine shipped to Canada.

On another note their customer service is very good. Got replies very quickly (within 24 hours) and they had no problems with full refund or reship. And a lot of their plants were free shipping too! :good:

Just bought this.

Got really common plants. Was hoping for some sunset hygro and some other smaller leaved plants, but got massive ones haha, but some of them arrived in a not so great state, like REALLY dry. I personally dont mind because i know that once they hit my 3wpg EI with flourish excel paradise, they will b happy :D

Thats the plants there:

I've bought a number of plants from this vendor http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Live-Aquarium-Plants-x-12-/190575415605?pt=UK_Pet_Supplies_Fish&hash=item2c5f2e1135 and they have all been very good. I would certainly buy again if I had the space.
