I have just setup new aquarium and I want some plants. I like which will cover all ground surface like grass.

More thing i want to ask is that what i should keep in mind to do all this.

Tips and Tricks for plants for 10 g tank are welcome

Post your full tank specs.
light
tank size
filtration
substrate
dosing is any
co2

My tank is also a 10 gallon and I would suggest, plant heavily, very very heavily, the more plants the better make sure there are lots of fast growing stems.
keep stocking very low initially, and try not to go over stocked the first things to go in should be Amano shirmp and Otos exclusively.
The bigger the filter the better, I run a eheim 2224 on mine, more room for beneficial bacteria, less chance of algae, improved flow.
Be conservative with lighting and avoid direct sunlight like the plague.
If your going highlight make sure your co2 is stable and high from the very off, again to avoid algae.

You will need a light then and a decent filter air filter with drive of co2 and starve any plant you put in the tank.
what are your goals? carpeting plants tend to be quiet high light hairgrass can be grown under a 2wpg but it will need co2.
