Planting Tools

Does anybody know any web sites in the UK where I can buy some planting tools?
I want some long forceps/tweezers and something I can use to cut dead dying leaves but can't seem to find any. I don't want to be putting my hands in the water all the time.

Also I am having to replant a lot of my new plants every day as they keep getting dislodged by the fish. Any advice?

Cheapest place for long forceps is an fishing shop. They use them for pike fishing.
A good set of scissors are a must too.
