Planted Betta Tank

If really well planted he might not even be interested in the cave as there will be plenty of cover. mine never used them(all my betta tanks are very heavily planted)..just a thought.
as for online shippers check aquabid. Ive used it a few times for shrimp and plants and never been let down (although i guess it comes down to the seller). I also recommend elodea(aka anacharis) and wisteria for plants. provide loads of cover and grow very well with not much effort )apart from trimming as they grow).
have fun setting up the new tank!
cheers

I will have to check that out. I will probably slowly add real plants to the tank as the days pass, but as of now I can't afford it so I am going to use what I have here at home at least as a temp fix. I don't want to keep him in his little bowl much longer.
