Plant Or Algae?

This is growing abundantly in my Jaguars tank, should I remove it or is it ok?

Looks like Java moss but a better pic. would help. If it is moss leave it in.

If it's not moss and can't really tell from such a small image it could be Cladophora algae, that also has a moss filament appearance usually grows on rocks and wood!

Thanks. Yes it started growing on the Jags cave, although having googled cladophora algae it doesn't look the same.  I will try to get a better picture but my camera skills are zilch!
