I like using this stuff on my tank for inlets-

On my next tank I'll probable only run 1 pump though so I'm wondering if any knows if I can get ball valves for the pipes so i can regulate how much goes out of each inlet.

also would I beable to find a Y piece to split it off rather than a T peice that might slow the flow a bit?

cheers.

I never heard of a PVC Y fitting ... but I'm new to the aquarium stuff ... see I work quite a bit with PVC and irrigation ... there should really be no major loss in flow by using a tee ... there are indeed PVC ball valves 1/2 inch ?? .. a plumbing supply shop most likely the best bet ...

Good Day ... B)

i wasn't sure but they seem to make valves for most other things.

Although it will work out a bit more expensive (mainly down to the ball valves) I can do it all in 20mm for £18.37, and that will be marine grade stuff instead so might be worth the extra incase i go brackish in there in the end.

Cheers.
