Pimple On Blue Ram? :hyper:

One of my Blue Rams has a small lump like a pimple (not white spot) with a white tip on it. I had a similar spot on a Cory about 5 months back but it was not so much like a pimple. It was more like a sand grain (larger than white spot). The blue Ram is acting normally except it occasionally swims on it's side momentarily and scratches itself on a rock. What is it?

I get this on my fish occasionally - Im never 100% sure what it is but at a guess I think it is a a bite or a bent scale that has got a bit of an infection - so long as your water is good it should heal up in a few days - a bit of Melafix or Primafix never hurts though
