Pictus Catfish Question?

I was looking at catfish on Live Aquaria and saw the Pictus and fell in love with it. Unfortunately it's descripstion said it would eat smaller tank mates so i decided to prove that.Have there been reports of Pictus eating other tank mates? I really want one but i have Rummynose tetras so i need advice.

Pictus cats are generally piscivorous in nature. I would not recommend them in your setup. If it fits in its mouth its food

Agreed; there is no doubt they will eat any fish that they can fit in their mouths.
 
They should also be kept in small groups, of five or six, not as single specimens.

And that would require a monster sized tank
