Can i add a pic in my signature that i already have stored on my computer??

How can i upload a pic to my signature??

I can only find the option to enter a URL

Get a membership at photobucket.com then use the IMG link that is given to you when you add a picture to add a pic to your sig. You can also use other image storage sites like imageshack
