Why are you shouting?  And missing  out random letters from words? 
 
Try to type as well as you can and more people will be able to/want to read and understand your posts, remember lots of people here read/write English as a second language, and their advice would be just as useful.
The advice given so far has been excellent, going to need more information about the tank though - like truck asks, is it cycling?
Also, why are you wanting to raise the pH in the first place? And why 7.0?
Test the pH of your tap away. If it's above 6.0, then doing a water change will raise your pH anyway.
Not wanting to confuse you any more, but it may be useful to have your KH tested, but don't worry about that until you tell us the pH of your tap water

edit to note: Bicarbonate of soda is sodium bicarbonate, not calcium bicarbonate
.  It will raise your KH...and pH but only indirectly I think.
