I've not had an email yet, i ordered mine on the 10th . I should still be getting it though, they never replied when i emailed .
Also, it was my aunt who actually ordered so the billing address is different than the address the magazines are sent to, i wonder who they will send the email to? Or even the tank?

Going by the broken tank, missing tank, spam e-mail, lack of cummunication, limited stock, bum filter and hassle stories I've read here, it seems that this tank is turning out to be a lot more trouble than it's worth! I didn't order one myself, but looking at the messages on here, I'm quite glad I didn't, really.

Well mine came yesterday in perfect order and in my opinion is a lovely little tank.

Cant wait to get it set up - just need to decide where I'm to put it.

Not really, its still a FREE TANK .
Theres not really all that much hassle, just some worrying.

Had a reply to my e-mail & they're going to replace the broken Tank so it's worth a grumble.

Ours was quite badly broken. The lid was cracked completely in half and the base of the tank was also shattered. Wont be setting ours up anytime soon!

I doubt it, it's the manufacturers fault, not pfk. They just place everything inside the tank loose.

Then i hope i get one that isn't broken . If the lids broken I'll probably just buy some new stuff...but if thats not possible I'll contact pfk or more likely the manufacturer . Heh...its probably a bit too early for me to be worrying about this though .

I got the e-mail but I haven't received the tank.
We were in all day yesterday and today but nothing. Have e-mailed pfk and the manufacturer this evening to try and find out where it is.
I have seen a lovely salmon pink Betta I want for it too...

I've got a reply from the dutch manufacturers (in amusingly bad English, but still). Good news: They say they should have them all shipped out in the next 2 weeks.
