Too cute! This is looking very good. Is the mushroom a tonga blue? It's a lovely blue color.

I have no idea whatsoever, haha. It was sold as a $5 morph, and that's all the LFS knew. Bought a bright orange one today which looks great under the blue lights. And in trying to rearrange things a little, my clumsy fat hands knocked things around so I ended up completely rescaping. I'll post some pics tomorrow once it has settled and everything is happier =0)

Yeah, that's the thing with these pico tanks, one bad move and it all falls down. Look forward to the new pictures. I'm excited to get stuff already. My 8g has either amphipods or copepods. My 2.5g is much slower to take off.

As I mentioned, I was not going to get a fish yet, but Ang was set on one. So we went hunting in the LFSs without luck - lots of unsuitable gobies and blennies, masses of mandarins at one LFS, but we'd given up when happened to call into the last LFS only to find they had these little guys in their tanks. So Ang was sold, whereas I was going to get a shrimp instead ... but they only had red banded cleaner shrimp that were massive, so I decided to get a fish too.

How big are those YCGs? Cause they look teeny tiny in your tank & your tanks are tiny!

They are teeny tiny! Maybe just over an inch long.
