Ah just look at that sunlight! It’s bitter cold here and the ground is mush from the melting snow!
 
I love some good hashbrowns in the morning time
Me too, but I also love hashbrowns with steak or pot roast. I make them from fresh, preferably homegrown potatoes, fry them crispy brown, and melt a little sharp cheddar on them. Goes down awfully smooth with a good steak, a green salad, and a tall, cool beverage!
