I have a gold male and he is really ready to breed and I want to breed him but my female is still way to young. I don't want to pass up the opportunity to breed such a pretty fish. :-( But I know I have too:(

buy a bigger female or force growth your current one. Feed her lots of meat foods several times a day and keep the temperature high 28-30C. Do daily partial water changes and she will be full grown and ready to breed in a month or so.

I think the best coarse of action, is either finding a male to suit your female's age, or vice-versa. I don't think forcing your fish into maturity is a good thing. Their bodies may grow, but their actual maturity may or may not go up. It would be best just to wait, watch your fish grow up and enjoy them. There's no sense in rushing something that for all purposes other than selfishness (haha..it's a pun!) can wait.
