I have norton, Avira Antivir, AVG anti-spyware and COMODO firewall. I have had no warning messages and no quarantined files. COMODO works really well, but you have to train it. First week I had non-stop messages from it. Like "Firefox.exe is trying to acess the screen. Do you want to allow?" 
or "Firefox.exe is trying to modify a protected file. Do you want to allow?" It remembers your answers and in a sense learns.
