Pearl gouramis and mollies?

Anything works . It’s just a matter of how well. Pearl Gouramis are pretty fish and might best be kept in softer warmer water than Mollies but Pearl Gouramis have been in the hobby since Moby Dick was a guppy and are adaptable.

You should track down your GH and pH for the tap water before either. Mollies absolutely must have water on the hard side, while gourami are soft water. Adaptability is relevant to what the actual GH and pH are. If it is significantly opposite, the fish will weaken and die. Of these two, mollies are far more demanding of appropriate water parameters.
