Overstocking ?

right ive got a roma 240 running a fluval 305 external and a 3+ internal and my stocking is this
4 angels 1.5 - 2.5 inch
5 bristlnose 2 - 4 inch
7 kribs 1 semi adult female 1.5 inch and 5 fry under 1 inch
2 bolivians 2inch
5 zebra danios 1 inch
5 golden barns 1.5 inch
1 black molly 1.5 inch
1 male guppy 1 inch
5 cardinals inder 1 inch

and before you shoot me down they get a 40 -50% water change every 8 days (thats how my shift pattern works out)
the angels will be cut down to a breeding pair once one has formed
the bristlenoses will be cut down to 1 breeding pair + the albino if it isnt in the breeding pair
the bolivians well was hoping these would be a breeding pair but nothing yet but are getting the golden colouring but he just chases her off ???
the zebras well ive gone off them so thinking of rehoming
the golden barbs are staying as the are good dithers and like the look of them against the black background
the molly will be staying as it is the sole surviving fry from my old tank
the guppy same as the molly
the cardinals will be making this a bigger group once the other fish have been split into breeding pairs

now the water stats hardly change bettween water changes and all stats are still in the acceptable range even if i go overdue on the water changes, when i do the aquarium stocking thing on the internet is says im stocked top 150%

after all the pairs have formed was hoping to add another pair of fish either keyhole cichlids or honney gouramis which one of the pairs would you recommend or is there 1 that you think would fit in with the future stocking
my tank is below and as you can see lots of little caves and holes and the plants are growing great so plenty of shelter

I'm no expert on stocking levels but I'd say if your over stocked then your over stocked. Breeding pairs need more room than just two individual fish.

Potential for lots of aggression during breeding there if you do end up with pairs, and especially from the kribs.

I agree with the aggression issue, too much territory will be needed but one can only wait and see what happens. I personally would be worried about the eventual welfare of those cardinals once those angels reach maturity.... Snack time

I would chose betweenn the rams and kribs i think. If the rams aren't a pair then you may be better moving them on and waiting for a pair of kribs to form. Too many pairs will make for a unhappy tank imo.
