Have you tried to contact your local fish stores and see if they take fish off customers for free? There's also a buy/sell section on this forum as well :thumbs: .
I agree though, the tank is overstocked- many of the fish species are fine for your tank, but you simply have too many. I would get rid of the guppys as they are most likely overbreeding in your tank i take it? The plec needs to be rehomed as it most likely one of the larger growing species....I think it would be much better if you re-organised your stocking so it looks more like this :) ;

3 otos
3 albino corys
3 ghost shrimp
1 golden inca snail
5 rasboras(are yours harlequin rasboras? http://badmanstropicalfish.com/profiles/profile25.html ) and/or
5 pristella tetras
there are no "fire gouramis" but there are "honey gouramis", is this what you meant? http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=34959 The gourami would also be fine for your tank depending on what type it is :) .
The only fish you really need to get rid of right now is the plec and upside down catfish as they are too large for a 10gal, and the guppys because they will breed too much, probably best too if you drop one of the tetras species like the black skirts as they are the largest growing ones, and increase the numbers slightly of the other tetras :thumbs: .

Well my lfs is Petsmart and Pet Co so I dont no if they will take them or not. I'm trying to up grade to a 20 gal or 40.

Its worth a try, and if you can upgrade to a 20 or 40gal then you can keep all of your fish depending on how many guppys you have and what genders they are, but the plec will still most likely have to go- the most commonly sold plecs are sailfin and common plecs, here's some links with pics and info on them so you can ID yours;

Common plec;

Sailfin plec;

Common plecs usually need 50-80gals, while sailfins 80-125gals.

Tetras need to be in groups of at least 5-6+ as they are shoaling/schooling fish so even if you upgrade your tank it would still be highly beneficial for their well-being if you sort out the numbers of them in their individual species groups :nod: .
The same is true for otos, upside down catfish and corys, they are also sociable fish that do best in groups of 3-4+; make sure you have the space though first in your tank before you increase the numbers of your fish, either that or rehome the fish that you cannot attend their needs to :thumbs: .

Ok i have a common plec and i used to have more tetras but some died off and then my guppies breed so i did not have any room for more.
