I have a 60 litre tank that is in perfect balance with gouramis neon tetras bsn plecos and 2x albino corys and 1x salt and pepper corys and a few shrimp
It is fine at the the moment however i have noticed at least a hundred cory eggs im worried that it will tip the tank over the edge

I dont have a spare tank or anything!! What do i do?!!

Don't do anything. If you are lucky a few corys will survive (but probably not). corys should be kept in groups of 6 or more anyway.

I have a strict non-intervention policy in my tanks. Even though well planted with plenty of hiding spaces its rare that any fry survive. If I want to breed them I do it in a separate tank.

Absolutely agree with the above. Very few and very infrequently do I have surviving fry of any of my fish without intentional and careful planning.
