Hello one of my four ottos has a white mark on the tail

Is this damage to the tail and if so what medication would be recommended to heal it

Yes this does look serious. I'm unsure if it can be saved. Do you have a hospital tank to reduce the risk of other fish getting diseased?

Yes, I have moved it into a hospital tank on its own and have started a 3 day treatment with esha 2000. When transporting the fish I noticed what seemed to be blood on the wound
