Otos In Non Filtered Tank?

i don't have a filter on my nano yet and its getting over run with algae, is it possible for them to be ok with no circulation?

Otos are quite sensitive to water quality, I doubt they would last long.

Ottos are real sensitive to water quality, I wouldn't suggest putting them in these conditions. You are looking overstocked, especially without filtration. Is there at least an air pump to agitate the water surface? You need to be looking into a filtration system, even if its just a hang on the back.
