Okay New Stocking... Need Suggestions

Well, based on what you've said (your fish dying for "no reason") very easily could be due to high ammonia. just because fish are moving doesn't necessarily mean they're happy, healthy fish. I'm not trying to come off rude, but I'm trying to help so you don't keep losing fish.
 
But this is the first time there's been any ammonia reading in the tank. I checked it every time I found a dead fish. No ammonia. So explain how I can lose fish with stable levels then everything level back out and my ammonia rise to 0.25 better than a week later... I understand you're not trying to be rude. I'm just trying to understand.
 
Maybe you were reading the levels incorrectly.
Either way, ammonia should read 0
