Sounds like you need to get a new picture
Good luck...If you start to clean out filters (you may already?) remember to wash them in the tanks water to keep the good bacteria, if you wash it in tap water the chlorine/chloramine may kill it.
oh, yeh, and don't flood the room while doing a water change haha ( )

Nice pacus, you'll need bigger than a 100gallon tank eventually, those guys'll get to atleast 3feet and at that size they can litterally break a tank!

How do you clean it with tank water?

Stick the liter pad in a bucket of fish water and shake/ scrub the gunk off.
