I'm thinking of changing to an Ocean rock setup with it all built up at the back in a complete wall.

Does anyone have a picture of such a setup?

My Tank has has beens setup since just after Christmas after a fishless cycle.

This is my tank a little while ago:

I've just converted my 130L community to a fry tank as I couldn't bare to see anymore eaten.

Also, for sale (swap or cash): Aulonocara Calico

jeez, those tanks are awesome! such beautiful fish aswell :good:

Cheers.

What do you think an ocean rock wall completely covering the back would look like? (ie from substrate to water surface).

This is what I want to do as I have a Juwel rock background and it is flaking black so I want to hide it really. Don't really think it is possible to remove it is it? With it being siliconed in.

I think your tank looks better how it is,White ocean rock will take the attention away from your fishes colour in a big way!

When I had soem in my marine tank,i couldnt wait for it to go purple and brown because its to dazzling.

It's a difficult one to be honest.

I can't leave that Juwel Rock background in - it flakes like crap.

I should get a refund from Juwel.

There is an ocean rock setup in my local Maidenhead with Malawis in, it looks pretty sweet.

My malawi ocean rock setup,i changed mine to ocean rock a few months ago and love how the tank looks

 Thanks

No offence to anybody at all but I think the original posters tank looks better than that^

That's the kind of setup I want I think but ocean rock right up to the top so it completely covers the back. Intricate work.
