Ocean Rock In Freshwater Setup?

i bought some ocean rock today without even thinking about it lowering my ph

my ph is 7.8 atm

ive got 2 rams a keyhole danios and a dawaf gourmai

would it be ok to use this i never get sloppy and waterchanges and do them every other day so that would keep my ph up

If u have german rams, they are soft water, so a pH of 5.5-7.5 is supposed to be optimum, so I don't see any danger

is this ur ph before or after ocean rock?

ocean rock will increase your ph not lower it

definately dont add ocean rock then as u want to work on bringing it down a bit as its quite high at the moment
ocean rock will put it up more

Agree with the others. Ocean rock will increase your pH. Unless you are trying to breed it's better not to mess around with it.

ive had no change in ph since adding yesterday
