Nutrafin Sachets

I bought nutrafin CO2 to speed up the growth of my plants somewhat. They came with 2 different types of sachets, a stabilizor and an activator. Now I assume I have to use these together, but how and when? No instructions were included in the package...

Any help is appreciated.

before you use any of them, check the dates on them. Yeast has a very short self life. I started to use one of these a while back and got that fed up waiting for the yeast to start working with the sugar, i went out and bought some activated yeast. I had C02 bubbles in 15 mins.

Thanks very much ianho! Very useful. They didn't sell me the canister, so I will have to make one myself out of a softdrink bottle I guess. The yeast should still be ok, as it says on the package that it should be used within 18 months of the production date. I am within that time, so must be ok. But will definitively do it my own way after having used these sachets.
