Nothobranchius Or Norman's Lampeye

I did do a thread kind of on this in the general section but it got a bit messy so thought i would do a new one in the proper section

I believe i am able to get Nothobranchius rachovii or Norman's Lampeye for my tank.

I currently have in my 3ft tank..

3 Bala Sharks ( will soon be getting rid of )
2 Mollies
7 Neon Tetras
4 Guppies


I was thinking i would either get 2 ( Male & Female ) Nothobranchius or about 8 Lampeye.

What would be best do you think?

Lampeyes, great shoaling fish but like to jump.

Beautiful fish but I've always kept them on their own but from what I've heard can be kept in communities.
