Hi
I have had my Aquaone 850 set up for a week now and the power head noise is driving me crazy. I am also running a mature Aquaball from the previous tank until the new one is matured, but at this rate the Aquaball will stay. Is it normal for the PH to buzz and vibrate, I have taken it apart and reassembled it in case it wasn't 'sitting' properly inside but it makes no difference, any suggestions?
I would have an external filter but the tank is on a fixed concrete shelf with nowhere to fit one, so I would really like to give the supplied one a chance.

Have you tried moving the filter around the tank or ensuring the filter is properly seated its likely that the glass is simply reverberating increasing the volume of the vibrations. Can you tell us the exact model of the filter used?

The filter is the one that comes with the tank {Aquastyle850} so will only attach to the one place under the trays and it is fitted totally square. The trays are not vibrating as it is noisy without them in place as well!!!
