Nitrate Resin Recharge

I have 2 bags of nitrAte removing resin in my filter. It needs recharging but in not sure what to use to recharge it. Someone mentioned salt without anti clog/caking agent but I cant seem to find any.

normally its either salt or a bleach recharge. You need to know which one though. Obviously if it is bleach in then need to be rinsed and soaked in dechlor before use.
