Nicaraguensis Cichlid

In a 130g, could I put a nicaraguensis (female) in with severums, firemouth and aureus (ellioti?).

Assuming that the rainbows, corydoras, BGKF would be fine, its the other cichlids I was wondering about.

Dont know much about them, other than their requirements are much the same as the other SA/CA cichlids, more aggression issues Im unsure on.

Seen the most beautiful ones in an LFS and I soooo want one

if thats the fish im thinking of i think it would be ok with your cichlids, as cichlid-wise youre very similarly stocked to me . sevs firemouth etc . i believe this was 1 of the fish davo86 suggested i look at when i was after something nice to add. is it this 1 ?

if it is im 80% sure it could work in your tank.. davo is the man to confirm that tho .

Think I might get one and another aureus/ellioti to finish off my tank, re-homed aload of fish yesterday, so its looking pretty bare again now.

A female should be fine with your stock Minx, mine is fully grown and is in with Colombian tetras, 2 Rainbows and various other small fish and he doesn't bother them,
The only fish mine doesn't seem to like is my dominant Bristlenose

Must say though this fish spends a lot of time hiding IME, you usually see its head poking out before retreating back again,

I think i only have one pic of him out in the open, see if i can find it

Not really shy, for example If i go right upto the glass then he will generally come out of the cave to me but if you sit back away it is content to just stay hidden away,

Yeah they are nice,

They've got one in a tank at coxwell, that has been there for ages,
Every time i go in I consider buying it but I have no room
