What are your water stats right now? You'll need a test kit. Ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings would be helpful. A lot of us use the API master test kit.
Did you do a nitrogen cycle or just let the water run for 6 weeks? Thanks
Used Tetra 6 in 1 strips, de chlorinated water and added fin rot and fungus liquid, waited 15 mins for the filter to mix the water.
Test results CL2 0-0.8  PH 6.8-7.2  KH 3d  GH 4d N02 0-1 N03 0-10
I added a tiny amount of tetra goldfish flakes and popped the two survivors in as the results looked favourable.  Now should i feed them once a day whilst the medication is in water and change 50% of the water until they are better or feed 3 times as normal and change 30% weekly. Not sure whether to add filter aid+ liquid with the fin rot and fungus already in.
Hope you can help....

Those test strips aren't too accurate, I would recommend investing in the API: Fresher Test Kit, liquid test solutions are the way to go for getting the best results.
There's not much you can really do at this point, I can't say we're sure your little buddies will recover from this. :/
