I really like the look of plants in aquariums but because I'm new to the whole plant situation i need some help to tell me a little bit about them and give me some possible suggestions with plant stocking.

I really like the wavy grass looking plants aswell as moss and tall plants just anything and everything really.

Can someone help me out a bit please.

As you are new to the whole aquarium thing, I'd suggest java fern, anubias, and moss.  These are nearly indestructible plants.  They don't require high light, special substrates, or fertilizers besides what the fish provide in their poo.

Others to consider would be vallisneria, any amazon sword plant, cryptocoryne species and egeria densa (aka elodea or anancharis).
