How do you go about doing a Fishless cycle please any tip or a way of doing it quicker.

The quickest way to speed things up is to get some media from someones tank that is already cycled (media being some of the contents of their filter - either sponge, ceramic hoops etc). +1 to what gilli stated. Do you currently have a tank? If so, you could safely move across one quarter of mature media in exchange for the same amount in new media.
Definately the easiest way .
