New Tank

Hi guys just want some advice do you think i should buy the FLUVAL DUO DEEP 1200 AQUARIUM for £180 or a plain tank 4'x15x18 for £60 with a hood for £50ish and an external filter. FLUVAL DUO DEEP 1200 AQUARIUM comes with a fluval 4(not needed) selection of plastic plants(not needed) and coloured graval(not needed).
P.S tank is for african cichlids.
