What kind of fish do you want though? I gave you some possibilties...but I guess that's a no since there was no reply to that. Give us some idea what you want though, because there are tons of fish out there.

could always breed guppys as feeders for something like a red eared pond slider (water turtle) they love guppy fry

Just be sure not to put the Tiger Barbs with the Guppies! Or your Guppies will have no fins. Also, Tiger Barbs really need more room then a 10 gallon...because they need big schools to cut down on aggression towards other fish. I'd go with the Guppies, as long as you get at least 5 males.
