New Nano Tank

I want to purchase a nano reef tank ( around 29 gallons ).
I would like to ask some more experienced aquarists where and what tank to buy. I do want it for the cheapest price possible. I want to put some small fish and some live coral and rocks. I dont know if this is possible so please tell me if it is not.I am new to the saltwater worlds so any help would be greatly appreciated.
