Hey everyone. Heading in to my LFS today to pick up 2 male 4 female Multies today. There going into a 20g long, and I'm curious what kind of tank mates would do well with them. Mainly concerned about bottom feeders/scavengers. I know cories are harmless, but I'm afraid of them poking too close around the Multies' shells. Would a few mystery snails do well?

shells and other small fish don't fare well, they get stuck and die. I wouldn't bother with any, clean it up yourself.

So a 20g long stocked with 6 Multis? That's it?

6 multies could soon become 60 if you get them breeding, then you might kick yourself.

i think some people put danios with them, cant recall, shelldwellers.com has some great info on them if you take your time to research them, its a forum you should bookmark.

Oh cool, sounds good. I'll check it out. Might decide to put some cherry shrimp in with them, not too sure yet. Thanks!
