New Malawi Setup.comments Please.

I like the overall effect but the wood looks a little odd mixed with the rock. I think just rock would look better and increase the natural feel of the layout.

Anubias nana should do well in that tank. It attaches to rock and thrives in lower lighting levels. The leaves are tough enough to withstand most fish.

Thanks guys.
Ginge,i bought three and they have settled in very well.
George,i will buy some Anubias nana when i see some,i think it would improve the whole look tremendously.

I may go shopping again tomorrow, all being well. :)

Been a busy weekend for me and cost me some dosh as well. :D

I bought an Anubias nana to join my Java fern.
And i also bought 3 each of the following:

3 Pseudotropheus greshakei
3 Pseudotropheus red zebra
3 Pseudotropheus cobalt blue
3 Labidochromis Hongi

I`ll post some pics as soon as they have all settled in and introduced themselves to one another. :)

hi guppy dave.be careful of the greshakei.are any of them males????they are a extremely fiesty fish.if you have any males, just keep a close eye on them.they can dig for england.i added 2 new fish to my tank and both were dead in 2 days(killed by the greshakei)

i took my greshakei(fully grown) back to my lfs yesterday.i have had him since i started keeping malawis and as he's grown, hes gotten more and more intolerable of certain fish.i have kept lots of different malawis and the male greshakei was by far the most violent.

Hi.
I have two females and one male Greshakei Rixy,i will keep an eye on them for sure.Thanks.
And i have corrected the name in my sig Ginge.

They are all getting along just fine thanks Rixy, just fed them some brine shrimp and they left nothing behind.
