just adopted 11 neon tetras and what look like 2 flame tetras for my 40l and another gibbiceps (3") and a platy for my 200l

i think you need to get red of the plecs they will grow big and fast
and what do you have 11 more than whats in your sig or do u have 16 with the 11 neons added

Too many fish and wrong species for those sized tanks.

Please reconsider your stocking and re-home the gibbys they grow too large for a 200l and very fast.
