New Fish Tank Feature

Ok well basicly, im now using a empty milk bottle (http/www.freefoto.com/images/09/20/09_20_56---Empty-Milk-Bottles_web.jpg) as a cave, with various rocks and a piece of well shaped bog wood to cover everything but the opening, now with a fairly large capacity considering will i have any problems with the quality of water inside it? meaning it wont retain so much water that doesnt mix with circulated water it could cause problems? i imagine with fish going in and out of it it should push enough water round but would like another opinion? ill proberly take it out every now and then to give it a clean.
