Well here is my new Ft boy. Toying with the name Midas at the moment but that may change

The only pic I've managed to get of him is in the floating bag as he's camera phobic. Picked him up a lovely 5 gal tank today and planted it up so he's enjoying hide and seek at the moment I'm sure I'll get a decent pic of him before the weeks out even if I have to sit there all day His colour is much better than this as in the light it shimmers with gold

Lovely!! I have a crowntail betta named Midas..he has yellow/gold fins!! S'ok tho..I think Midas would be great for yours too!

Thanks .....I'm terrible with names Taro started out as Merlin for about 48hrs I wanted a name that reflected the gold colouring in him.

Thanks everyone....he's doing really well although still abit skittish when I'm near the tank but time will sort that out.


Paul......yes I will be spawning him in a few weeks time once he's settled in more. Haven't you got enough of your own babies
