Plate Coral, Still inflating but bigger today:

CBS and New Addition (Unknown Coral):

Clowns: One is hosting the Flower pot coral.... :thumbsup:

Open Brain Coral:

$6 BARGAIN! Woot! He was in the "Damaged coral" section, and i decided i should give him ago. I grabbed my hermit, and placed him on top of the coral, and in 15mins, all the hair algae was gone! I scored a bargain!

Thanks DD. Na, I dont have any full tank shots. The light escaping from the lights plays on my camera, and i cant get a decent pic.

Great catch Mr. Miaggi. Some thoughts:

-just be careful of that CBS, they can trap fish and be nasty

-don't forget to feed that plate coral. I feed mine at night and it's amazing to watch. If you put food at the periphery it will slowly sweep it into the center where the coral will open up and pull it in.

- that unknown coral...hard to tell...torch or frogspawn?

Yeah, Im going to trade him in the next fortnight when im off Uni. He has taken swipes at my two clowns!

Wow, i didnt know that! I fed my Flower Pot coral and my Green Elegance yesterday. How often do you feed the Plate Coral? Once or twice a week? Fish flesh is what im using, i think prawns are ok too?

Yeah, im un-certain. I reckon it isnt a frog spawn, infact pretty sure (with my limited knowldege you never know though). Hard to get an ID with poor pics... ) Ill search for the "Torch coral" ID youve provided on Google and try find some similarities!

Thats a great looking tank. I plan on starting a saltwater tank at some point. That picture with the shrimp is really good. Keep up the good work.
