Hi, I received a dispute through paypal for the snails that you purchased from me. I see that you have made a few other purchases online recently. The Bettas are lovely. Since the snails are still in transit (I just shipped them today), I wondered if you perhaps mistakenly disputed the wrong item. Please let me know so we can take care of this.

hi i hope you remember me. according to my shipping numbers you should have received the snails i sent you. however i still have a buyers dispute on my paypal account and the funds are still frozen. i consider myself a very trusting individual and i deeply hope this is a misunderstanding and not you trying to scam me out of my snails or the money i used to ship them.
