New Apple Snail Not Coming Out!

Hey,
I got 2 golden apple snails,one for my females tank and one for my hospital tank(not really decided where hes gonna go...). The one in the females tank is lovely,he got real personality,when i out cucumber in he started sliding down the glass climbing over the decor to get to it! WHereas the other one ahsnt even come out yet. Hes actually in there (its not an empty shell or anything) cause theres that hard shell covering the hole which they come out of(if that makes any sense ).
So i was wondering if this is a sign that hes dead? Ive got cucumber in his tank but he still ahsnt moved...

if he was dead he would be hanging out of his shelland would smell really bad

sometimes they will take up too 48 hours to come active and get used to there new home

how long have you had him in there?

shud warm up and be active soon

sounds like its sulking due to disruption, give it time, you could turn up the temp at little, they go dormant if they are too cold then take a while to recover. di

Thanks for the replies Hes moved today...i think! Hes been in now for 30 hours or so now,hpefully hell come out soon!
