New African Dwarf Frogs + Questions

Hey everyone, 

I got two African Dwarf Frogs about a week ago and just wanted some more information on them. 



 
In terms of feeding, I was putting a small pinch of frog pellets in the tank for them every day, but today I bought some frozen blood worms. I used tweezers and hand fed them each 3-5 worms. They really seemed to enjoy these better than the pellets. 
 
So I was wondering, would 3-5 blood worms be good as a staple diet for them and if so how often should I feed it to them? 
 
Also, from the picture I have posted is it possible to even guess if they are male or female? I think the smaller one (on the left) is a male and the larger is a female but I'm not sure.

They like bloodworm but a common mistake is to feed them only bloodworm, they bloat and can die best to vary the diet, maybe bloodworm 2-3 times a week

Ok, so blood worms every other day or so and pellets/other food in between. Sounds great!
